Help me i'm English and don't know what to ask for!!

Hiya Guys

need a bit of help here please....

i need to replace some vacuum hosing to help my van run properly (its stalling sometimes on hills up/down when not on the throttle)

i would like to know what to ask for in German and where would the best place to get it in Germany?

Hi

German word for "Vacuum Hose" is "Unterdruckschlauch".

You can look at THIS website and type "Unterdruckschlauch" in the Product-Search Field (Produktsuche). They have three common used sizes in good quality. (i use them also )

I noticed on the pics in the UK-forum that you have LPG installed (at least there is an "autogaz"-controlling device).
You don't tell wether this happens while running on petrol or LPG, so I suggest to check this out first.
It's not really uncommon while running on LPG and would require some adjustments in the setup by a confirmed propane-expert.

And IMHO the missing fresh air duct is not really an issue, you might lose some power in heavy load situations but I believe you will barely notice the difference.
