Astro problem in Freiburg!

    Hallo


    hope you can help me....


    i'm having trouble with my '93 Astro (Z) - its running really rough


    my mechanic, Klaus is having real trouble understanding and dealing with the problem


    can anyone recommend me a Autohaus (Garage) to take it too to be fixed??


    i am trying myself to fix it by cleaning the EGR valve but trying to get this off is really proving a problem - i need some better imperial tools (3/8 Zoll)

    i have replaced the distributor cap, rotor arm and spark plugs, fuel and air filter



    also i have a fault code 54 too but my mechanic cannot understand the English Codes/Diagram

    but code 54 says:

    Kraftstoffpumpenspannung zu niedrig
    Dieser Code wird vom ECM erzeugt wenn eine Spannung von weniger als 2 Volt gemessen wird, die an die Kraftstoffpumpe geliefert werden soll.
    Mögliche Fehlerquellen:
    * Überprüfung des Kraftstoffpumpenrelais
    * Kabelbruch in der Zuleitung zur Pumpe
    * Korrosion der Steckverbindungen und Kontakte

    for my opinion you are very good equipped with an set of "metrinch" tools...
    i bought some from KS, the quality is absolutely okay und it's payable...
    just an example...
